Common questions
Who can see my doc?
Only someone holding a link you sent yourself. Links can expire and can be revoked anytime. Without one, nobody gets in.
Will it make up things I never said?
No. The doc uses only your own words; when a question has no material, it says it doesn't know and can forward the question to you — instead of inventing on your behalf.
Can I see what visitors ask?
Yes. What visitors asked and what your doc answered is visible to you on the manage page — that is how you fill in what it couldn't answer. Visitors stay anonymous unless they choose to leave contact info; platform operators get anonymous statistics only, content is readable only while a doc is under an open report, and every access is audit-logged.
How long does it take?
Usually 10–15 minutes, and you can do the whole thing by voice, like a phone call. Answers save automatically; leave and pick up anytime. Already wrote about yourself somewhere? Screenshot it and skip those questions.
